Hopefully short and sweet.
I have been using my hobbies to avoid personal work I need to do on myself. I'm going to take at least the rest of the year away to try to actually deal with me.
I've found in the last while off of RP I've actually had to face myself, which both sucks and is yet a good thing, because good God, I need some work. It's hard and awkward and nothing I want to spew on my friends, so this hiatus is basically the best thing I can do for myself and you. I'm sorry for everyone I've impacted and hurt by being...well, a drug addict, let's be real. It's not cool, it's not fun, and I can't adequately fix myself or hold to my promises as it stands.
I will try to be in touch over the next month. If I'm not, I promise I am fine--I have a failsafe if I, I don't know, give myself brain damage. I doubt I will, but just in case, if anything awful happens it will be known.
Thank you all for tolerating my shit. I know it's exhausting and messed up, I hate it too. That's why I appreciate the support so much.
